Furthermore, we expect all participants to uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism, which helps create a positive and respectful environment for everyone involved in our programs. Therefore, we encourage you to review these guidelines carefully so you fully understand your rights and responsibilities as a student.

ELECTRICAL TRAINING | REFUND POLICY

At the IBEW Training Center, we are committed to providing exceptional training opportunities while ensuring fairness.

Our refund policy is prorated, meaning refunds will be calculated based on the amount of training completed at the time of withdrawal. This ensures that you only pay for the portion of the course you have utilized. SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND PREVENTION POLICY AND GUIDELINES

This policy applies to all members of the IBEW Training Center community including students, staff, faculty, administrators, contractors, union members, officers, directors and individuals who are directly connected to any student initiatives, volunteers, and visitors.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

The Code of Excellence Training Center is committed to providing a positive learning environment that supports student success. Regular attendance is essential for students to develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to complete their program.

Attendance Expectations

  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and participate actively in learning activities.
  • Students should arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins.
  • If you are unable to attend or will be late, you must notify your instructor as soon as possible by phone or email.
  • Students are responsible for obtaining any missed course materials, assignments, or information.

Absences and Tardiness

  • Three (3) unexcused absences may result in removal from the course.

  • Repeated lateness may negatively affect attendance records and academic progress.

  • Frequent late arrivals or early departures without permission may be recorded as one full day of absence.

Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
